Our Team
Steve Haggerty
- Steve, along with his colleague Eric Rasmussen, run Interior Lines Advisory, LLC.
- Steve has over 3 decades of research and financial markets experience. He led Research teams around the world for both Sellside and Buyside organizations having spent over 18 years at Merrill Lynch/BofA as an Analyst and Research Director in New York and Hong Kong.
- Steve also headed Research at Moon Capital Management LP, an equity Hedge Fund.
- He resides in the Hudson Valley, NY where he is a hobby farmer and a board member of Glynwood Farms, a nonprofit supporting sustainable farming in the region.
Eric Rasmussen
- Eric is an experienced corporate executive and strategic advisor with a deep background in corporate strategy, M&A, new product and technology investments, and corporate finance.
- He has held leadership roles in strategy and corporate development for Arconic, a leading provider of rolled aluminum, and leading global automotive suppliers Lear Corp. and Adient.
- He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Meridian Bioscience.
- Eric resides in Fort Collins, Colorado.
